I bought my 2024 Kia Carnival from Ray Skillman NORTHEAST Kia and I can't be happier! The General Manager drove a long way to deliver this vehicle to me and my wife and he went above and beyond to make sure our family loved this vehicle. I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I spent all this money for my car to still be doing the exact same thing it was doing. And instead of it just being a few hours like I was told it took ALL day long. Came for simple 72k service and tire rotation left with horrible vibration, brought it back was told I had a bent wheel. All that was done was put on the rear where the car still vibrates when it didn’t before I brought it in and was not offered any solutions to fix the vibration. Threw it on the back left and was told it won’t be as bad but the car never had a vibration before I brought it in.

Update: They said the fuel pump improved the misfire but it wasn't completely fixed. Stated that they were waiting on additional parts to come out of Dallas. I ended up picking my car up on 12/7/23. Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in stock and they said it can take up to a week for my tire to get there. Outstanding experience with Ray Skillman Shadeland Kia purchasing a 2021 Kia Telluride SX V6 AWD Prestige and Nightfall Edition Packages. We visited Ray Skillman after looking for this SUV at other Kia dealers unsuccessfully! I purchased Kia telluride. This is a high demanding model, and it was tough to find what I want (once I found the car, it was already gone). Kevin and Jan helped me searching the car for me, and they got a car better than I requested ( I wanted to have a black or dark moss, but they found black copper, which was a great choice).
