First of all, Kevin Evans is a wonderful salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the product he's selling and after listening to what I wanted, showed us some options that fit exactly what we were looking for. I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I spent all this money for my car to still be doing the exact same thing it was doing. And instead of it just being a few hours like I was told it took ALL day long. Leaving my with no car and then getting the car back and not being fixed and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 5 years now I’m starting to get pissed.

Came for simple 72k service and tire rotation left with horrible vibration, brought it back was told I had a bent wheel. All that was done was put on the rear where the car still vibrates when it didn’t before I brought it in and was not offered any solutions to fix the vibration. Threw it on the back left and was told it won’t be as bad but the car never had a vibration before I brought it in.
Everyone is very friendly, professional and do their best to help in any situation. The dealership is always clean and they have a coffee station filled with hot & cold drinks and snacks. The service department keeps you informed throughout the entire process from wait times to pricing.

We purchased our 2014 Kia Soul from Ray Skill Northeast kia, and with the exception of couple of oil changes, we have always brought our 2014 Kia Soul to the dealership for service because we trust that the service technicians know their job. We realize that we could probably find less expensive work in some cases, but make the cost trade-off for reliable service. Layla Dillman was very professional and efficient in working with us, speaking with the repair technician about specific questions we had, and providing answers. A solid asset to the Skillman team.

The service and the KIA cars at this dealership are at best SUB/PAR. I would not recommend this dealership or KIA cars in general. Check out KIA engine issues online. Their service is terrible!

They've had my car for four days with no communication and no updates I don't see anything professional about this especially when they are working on the exact same issue that was supposed to be fixed 3x ago. No good words this week.
Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in stock and they said it can take up to a week for my tire to get there. I had a couple of issue with that:
1. He never made an attempt to call another Kia dealership to see if they had a tire. I would have went there instead of coming there if they would have answered the phone.

I purchased Kia telluride. This is a high demanding model, and it was tough to find what I want (once I found the car, it was already gone). Kevin and Jan helped me searching the car for me, and they got a car better than I requested ( I wanted to have a black or dark moss, but they found black copper, which was a great choice).
