Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in stock and they said it can take up to a week for my tire to get there. I had a couple of issue with that: 1. He never made an attempt to call another Kia dealership to see if they had a tire. I purchased Kia telluride. This is a high demanding model, and it was tough to find what I want (once I found the car, it was already gone). You need to have your make car ready guy to be more thorough when detailing your new purchase. Tape residue was all over the back glass where the stickers where . The window washer fluid was completely empty as well. Not to be petty but , it still wasn't READY for the customer . He took maybe 15 minutes to wash and bring it to me .

In 15 years time I am on my 4th KIA. My 1st was a Spectra that I drove for 5 years and traded in on a 2010 Soul when they first came out. The dealership has unsuccessfully repaired the sliding door 4 times. They blame it on someone trying to jerk the door open so they do not have to take responsibility. Car still under warrantee.
