Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive your repair orders from the dispatcher and take vehicles to their appropriate stall.
• Carry out the work delineated on the work order with efficiency and accuracy, as well as in accordance with all dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Repair issues that you’ve accurately diagnosed as authorized by the customer.
• Get all the parts you need from our Parts Department.
• Set aside parts with an appropriate label for turning in to the customer or manufacturer in the case of warranty-covered work.
• Let the service advisor know of any schedule changes for your work, e.g. work cannot be finished in the time given, work ordered is not needed, or additional work is needed beyond what has been ordered.
• Maintain adequate documentation of work performed.
• Fully address all customer complaints and verify that you’ve done so with a road test.
• Make use of quality checks to ensure that work done is excellent.
• Come to all required trainings.
• Stay on top of all factory technical bulletins.
• Keep the customers’ vehicles clean while you work.
• Carry out all safety and administrative procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Comprehend and follow all regulations regarding service repair work, including state, local, and federal regulations.
